As Board Certified Patient Advocates, we will walk hand-in-hand with you through your healthcare journey, providing resources that educate & compassionate service that empowers each client to be an advocate in their own right.
Collaborative Patient Advocacy assists clients in navigating their healthcare journey in a way that is individualized & works specifically for them.
This process begins with pausing and compassionately listening as we support our clients and caregivers in productively channeling their efforts.

Although we work with clients through all seasons of life, eldercare (in terms of long-distance care for families and solo elders) is our passion.
We conduct a thorough assessment and ask deeper questions to get to the heart of the issues — then we address these issues through an agreed upon scope of work and a detailed plan of action. This process allows for successful outcomes centered around the client and family goals and values.
A wide network of referrals is a big part of our practice as we believe it is incredibly important to not be siloed in our work or patient care.
