The “silo mentality” no longer provides the answers to society’s big issues. We are in this together and we can make it easier for you.

patient liaison advocate

We have experienced first-hand the state of healthcare for the individual consumer and see the many challenges as we work to make healthcare more patient-centric.

It is vital that we change outcomes for those who seek our services for assistance. We have worked in partnership with groups to bring state level policy changes to fruition.

We hope to create community by assisting each of us to break out of our often siloed spaces. As we work together and strive to form bridges with our similarities, we can become part of an underlying foundation for resolving healthcare inequities.

An interwoven web of resources and connections can help to change what hasn’t been working and result in significantly better outcomes. We have seen this occur time and time again with groups in which we have become intricately involved.

Let’s do this together!

As the founder of our advocacy practice, I believe in intensive collaboration within the healthcare system as the best option for both independent advocacy work and system level improvement.

After many years of personal/life experience within the healthcare arena, I have most recently found an enhanced advocacy voice and I am here to help others find theirs.

I firmly believe that our best work for resolving complex issues comes from joining hands and walking alongside each other…whether that occurs with individual clients or with organizations to bring about change.

In the community of healthcare and advocacy work, to present an authentic and transparent solution to unresolved issues is one of our biggest priorities. Whether we’re working with individual clients or collaborating to effect change upstream, we are dedicated to influencing positive change in all arenas affected by social inequity.

Physicians:

Patients can be more in tune with their goals and more  attentive to your instructions if they truly understand the meaning behind the medical terminology — they become more fully informed and engaged patients.
We can help with this.

Businesses:

Employees can be more productive if they are not caught up in the worry of taking care of loved ones. Advocacy is an increasingly common employer provided benefit and is highly valued by prospective employees. There can be fewer phone calls on your time and better peace of mind.
We can help with this.

Speaking & Workshop Opportunities:

Educating people with credible health resources (such as chronic conditions, the right questions to ask at a doctor appointment or even on stress reduction techniques) can increase well-being and empowerment.
We can help with this.
